Do you have a showroom?

Yes we do. NCF Furnishings have a number of showrooms based around the West Midlands area, showcasing the very best furniture we have to offer. Come and see it for yourself and meet our friendly sales staff. Please see our store finder for store locations.

How safe it shopping at

Shopping with us in store could not be any safer. We take payment security very seriously and have invested our time and efforts on some of the most advanced security available. In addition we work in partnership with GlobalPay, to offer an easy transactional service with upto date PDQ terminals.

How do I place an order?

Once you have selected your furniture from our website, please visit one of our stunning showrooms. You will be greeted by one of our friendly experience staff members, who will then provide you further information on the product you are interested in, and complete the sales process with you.

Please note that internet orders are unavailable and we do not offer this service. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.


How do I pay for my purchase?

The best method is to use our integrated card service terminals found in store. This service offers a fully automated credit / debit card processing system, with state of the art security.  We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. 

Do our prices include V.A.T?

All prices quoted by us on our website include V.A.T at the current rate.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you wish to change your order you must inform the store you have purchased from as soon as possible. Contact details for the store can be found on your sales invoice or alternatively on our outlet pages. We will endeavor to do our best to help you. We can only adjust your order if it has not been processed through our system. However, if we have started to process your order unfortunately we will not be able to amend it and may have to charge you a cancellation fee. Changing your order may result in a delay in delivery. Prices may be subject to change as a result of a change of order. Please speak to a member of staff for further information.

Can I cancel my order?

unfortunate event, you will need to inform the store you purchased from in writing via email. Special order items can not be cancelled. For the cancelation procedure please refer to the terms and conditions found on the reverse of your invoice or speak to our sales staff in store..

I require my furniture in a hurry?

Unlike most our competition all our furniture offered on in store is held in stock available for immediate delivery. We have a dedicated 100,000 square foot warehouse, where we delivery items directly to you. We always endeavour to get your furniture to you within 3-7 working days (Subject to stock availability along with terms and conditions). Should you require it sooner, please contact the store you purchased the item from. Our sales teams are always on hand and will be happy to help. When placing an order an approximate time will be given.

Will you assemble my furniture?

At NCF Furnishings we can assemble your furniture for you on the point of delivery. Please speak to a member of staff with your enquiry and they will be happy to help and discuss the charges for this service.

Where is my order?

If you wish to check the status of your order please contact the store you purchased from. Please have your order details to hand, and our team will help you with your enquiry.

How do I measure up?

Upholstery can be large and awkward to deliver so here are a few helpful hints and tips to remember when choosing your furniture.

Have you measured the area of the room you want your new furniture to go in?

Consider the length, width and depth of the new furniture (sizes listed on the website are approximate sizes)

Have you checked the height and width of the doorways, hallways and other access points into the room and property?

Are there any tight areas and tight turns between your front door and the room you want your sofa in?

How does the size of your new sofa compare to your current sofa?

Do you live in an apartment which is only accessible via a lift? Is the lift large enough for the furniture?


If you have any concerns over access to your property or are not sure about your measurements, please speak to one of our trained team and they will assist you further.

How long is my new furniture guaranteed for?

All our furniture comes with a standard one years manufacturer guarantee. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and covers you against manufacturing defects. It also covers you with defects which may arise under normal use or through faulty factory workmanship. Please read our warranty and guarantee section in the terms and conditions. 

What if I wish to return an item?

If you wish to return an item you need to notify the store you purchased from immediately. You will be required to provide the following information:

Your order number

The reason/item for return

Confirm item is not assembled and back in its original packaging

The item you are returning must be in a new and unused condition. Special order items can not be returned. Please see our returns terms and conditions for more information on NCF Furnishings return policy.

What do I do if I have a complaint with an order online?

NCF Furnishings has become a reputable company over the many years we have been trading. We are a family run business who understand the needs and wants of our customers.
